This new build commercial property should have been finished with a specified mortar colour and a consistent bucket handle joint.

It wasn't so Remedial Repair were tasked with repairing and improving various specified areas of mortar.

This included repointing the brickwork surrounding the main entranceway to the building and colour tinting the brickwork surrounding the building entrance.

The Reprofix repointing system was used to ensure that the work was non intrusive and could be carried out with minimal disruption.

A sample area of mortar colour and finish was created and specified as the benchmark before proceeding with the full project.

We also colour tinted specified areas of brick and mortar all around the brickwork facade.
