Our range of specialist sealants prevent contaminates from soaking into the surface of any vertical or horizontal facade.  This invisible barrier aids the removal of graffiti by preventing the staining agent from penetrating deep into the surface capillaries.  Thus the graffiti only needs to be removed from the surface, saving future building maintenance costs. 
USP Protection also reduces the formation of algae by preventing water and moisture from penetrating and sitting within the surface pores. With no retained water within the surface, the conditions for moss and algae formation are reduced.

Applied by Remedial Repair operatives, we have a number of variable protective treatments for for horizontal surfaces, for all vertical substrates and specific sealants for granite  and natural stone.

All the treatments are surface impregnators which means there is no change in the aesthetic look, feel, or slip of the surface, whilst remaining moisture vapour permeable, allowing the surface to breath and behave normally.
