Over the last 15yrs Remedial Repair has become one of the leading brick and stone remedial companies operating nationwide.
We work extensively for many of the leading house builders and building contractors, as well for residential private clients.
As part of an aggressive expansion plan we are now seeking to expand into the Hard Surface Repair market and in order to do so are seeking an experienced Hard Surface Repair Technician to help establish, develop, and lead this division as a department of Remedial Repair.
Initially hands on, you will need all the experience of working on hard surfaces such as granite, UPVC, sinks and bathrooms, kitchen worktops, and so on.
Reporting directly to and working closely with the Managing Director you must have the hunger and desire to take this opportunity by the ’scruff on the neck’ and develop it into a division of the company in its own right and all that comes with leading a department of a successful company.
We will provide any training and development required through this process, and will fully support the successful candidate to develop and execute a business growth plan.
An existing opportunity for the right candidate.
We provide an industry leading renumeration package, including a unique commission and bonus structure, and a fully expensed company vehicle.
A full clean UK driving licence is essential as a fully expensed company vehicle is provided, as is ongoing skills training, career growth and clear career progression for the right candidates.
You must enjoy driving as we work nationwide and you must be happy with (fully expensed) nights away from home as required.
