ON SITE PRACTICES :
- All our technicians have anti bacterial wipes and disinfectant with them and are asked to wash their hands repeatedly when on site using their own hygiene material or site supplied anti bacterial hygiene were relevant/supplied.
- Site technicians have been asked to disinfect any Remedial Repair site tools and equipment that they have used at the beginning and end of each working day, and more if necessary, and to remove this from site with them.
- Site technicians have been instructed not to share their tools/equipment or to use site supplied tools/equipment without disinfecting fully before use.
- All employees are required to keep at least 2mtrs distance from people on site wherever possible and to refrain from contact. Please do not be offended if our technicians refuse to shake hands or keep their distance from you when discussing on site activity.
- Please use your own pen when signing any completed job work sheets. If you would prefer not to sign our completed job sheet then please take a picture and email approval and we will note your job sheet with 'covid-19', or ask our technicians to do the same.
- If a technician thinks that they may be showing symptoms whilst on your site they will immediately remove themselves from your site and notify their Remedial Repair Line Manager immediately. They will be asked to leave site and go home immediately for self isolation and you will notified immediately.
- If a technician thinks that they may have been exposed to somebody on site that is showing symptoms of coronavirus or has tested positive they will immediately remove themselves from your site and notify their Remedial Repair Line Manager immediately.
- Please be aware that these measures may slow down our works and affect our time scales on sites and the knock on affect for scheduled work. If this is the case we will notify you and keep you informed of any changes.
PRIOR TO WORKS ON SITE PLEASE CONFIRM :
Please note that answering yes to any of the above will not necessarily mean that we will not carry out the scheduled works at your site but it will enable us to make the necessary steps as required.
- Nobody at the address or on site has recently tested positive for the Coronavirus Covid-19.
- Nobody at the address or on site had any recent contact with anybody that has tested positive for the Coronavirus Covid-19.
- Can you confirm that nobody at the address or on site has recently been to a country or an area with high risk of Coronavirus in the last 14 days prior to our technicians arrival on site.
- That you accept and will accommodate our current Coronavirus Covid-19 guidelines.
