Remedial Repair were able to respond quickly, the manufacturer uploading images from their field sales representative via their Remedial Repair online portal, together with outline project details and approximate sqm of works affected. Due to the nature and spread of the works, we attended site to access the full works and supplied a quotation quickly. Very shortly after approval by our client we were on site undertaking the works in a staggered format around the sites requirements. |
Our work was planned and scheduled around the requirements and instructions of the site agent, keeping the manufacturer up-to-date with work as it progressed.
Within 24hrs of all works being completed, 'after' pictures were uploaded to the manufacturers Remedial Repair online portal, along with a completed and signed off job sheet. |
